There's something special about a woman in red.

Power: Minor
Effect: When worn for the first time this dress gives everyone +20% charm. +30% for Pornomancers.

Description: The dress looks like any other red dress, it could be any make or any size. Once worn the red dress will work for 8 hours and then at the end of the time it will cease to function.

When they say first impressions count, well this dress will give you that advantage.

Isn't there a Woman in a Red Dress that wanders into bars picks up the geek, shags him in marathon sex, and leaves him impotent. The Geek is unable to get erect unless in the presence of the unnatural whereinwhich his penis points like a compass.

Its in one of the "Things You Hear" parts of the UA2 rulebook.

Is this her dress? Did she get murdered by an impotent geek patrol?

Well, I wouldn't know about that. It's up to the GM if he wants it to be that.

I was thinking the essence of the red dress as an alluring compelling aspect. That catches the eye of beholders, and the clouding the vision with a "lustful" thoughts.

The Chinese have this queer belief that if a lady kills herself (usually by jumping) while wearing a red dress, she would come back from the afterlife haunting the person who did her wrong. Perhaps this could be an interesting, albeit undiscovered, side-effect of this particular Red Dress in question?
