This is a rather large character sheet that should keep any player happy...
This sheet, made in Excel and Word, could perhaps be more accurately refered to as a Player Campaign Record.
It have lots of space to write down stuff, a quick rule ref-sheet, and the option of adding as many pages of notes as you want.
