A horrific story with a seemly impossible angle
{The story isnt graphic...just awful}
I'm just confused. I don't wish to make light of this story (because it is really awaful). Though it begs the question...whats the PSI needed to suck out someone insides and what the hell is it doing in a pool?

Oh man, this is not the first time I ever heard about something like that. Not only have pools sucked out people's innards, but have drowned people when there hair, limbs, and torsos are sucked down in pools and hot tubs. Frisco | profile | Jul 05, 07 | 2:18 pm |

What I want to know is what people are going to do about these carniverous swimming pools. Chesterberg | profile | Jul 05, 07 | 4:16 pm |

I dunno, feed them live pigs at regular intervals so they're not so famished? Might cut down on the eviscerations. Stephen Alzis | profile | Jul 05, 07 | 9:30 pm |

Invite your enemies over for a poolside barbeque, of course. A peace gesture, that sort of thing. johnboy | profile | Jul 06, 07 | 7:02 am |

Sadly, this kind of thing happens all the time. I used to work for a plastic surgeon who was constantly writing letters for lawyers about some guy or other who hadn't so much as an internship in reconstructive surgery performing an improper liposuction. |

Sorry, left a sentence out of the last post: I meant to say that people getting their insides sucked out happens all the time, not just accidentally, but due to improper medical procedures, etc. |

That pool is posessed by the god of trilobites, taking sweet revenge on the notochord-bearing worms that drove his people to extinction long ago. stange_person | profile | Jul 31, 07 | 1:28 pm |
