Most who go there are of the alternative scenes, and there might be a new Avatar school around fashion minorities. Since the S.O.P.H.I.E campaign has been hitting the public consciousness, with support from a certain alternative scene magazine that is popular in the UK, more and more alternatives have been getting clued into the OU, more so than is usual. So the owner of the Tap 'n' Tin looks out for new adepts and avatars that are up and coming and tries to recruit them into his rapidly expanding Cabal.

By the way, those “Proud to be Different” badges are another good defence against Astral Parasites.
