Islamic Anti-Dipsomancer Ritual

Some say that this ritual is as old as Mecca, taught by jinn to ancient wizards. Others that it was developed by the Sudanese Madhi in 1897 to punish the warm beer-drinking British. It origins are actually a lot more mundane. Mohammad Panduwinata, one of the few Mak Attax in Indonesia, formulated it after being assaulted in Bali by a drunk Australian tourist in 1997. It's only spread do far through Muslim franchises of the Scotsman, but several know the ritual in the United States, mostly Malcolm X wannabes.

Ritual: Now, you need to find some date wine. Ancient Arabian date wine, from pre-Islamic times. Take some of that, and pour it into an alcoholic drink. The drink must then be drunk by a charged-up dipsomancer, and while he's drinking it the caster must recite the Koran. Backwards. In Arabic. Perfectly. Once the drink is drunk, the caster can stop reciting, and the spell is done.

Effect: The dipsomancer cannot target Muslims with his powers. It just doesn't work. That includes blasts. This is a permanent effect, but there are clauses to it. In addition, the dipsomancer loses however many charges he wanted to use and finds he has a mouth filled with french fries and desert sand.

The target has to be a real, faithful Muslim, if he is secular or a hypocrite then the dipsomancer's powers work normally.
